Aspen restaurant: BB’s Kitchen

BB’s Kitchen opened in late 2011, serving American classics from breakfast to late night.

Smartly decorated in reds and dark wood, the dining room is inviting and upbeat.

Breakfast features homemade breads and pastries, along with a good selection of classic selections, each prepared with a slight twist.

The California omelet is a tasty creation of egg whites, goat cheese, spinach, tomatoes and avocados.

With one of the best patios in Aspen, an outdoor lunch during spring, summer or fall is must.

The elevated patio provides cool breezes, while taking in amazing views of the mountains surrounding Aspen.

Lunch is an assortment of salads and sandwiches.

An early summer menu change-out has us sampling our way through the new item line up.

Evening dining offers traditional fare and a good dessert selection.
