Adventure

ad·ven·ture (noun)
1. an exciting or very unusual experience
2. participation in exciting undertakings or enterprises: the spirit of adventure
3. a bold, usually risky undertaking; hazardous action of uncertain outcome

Source: Dictionary.com

Great words:  Exciting. Unusual. Bold. Risky. Uncertain.

Yet, adventure, and the associated words, mean something different to every one.

What is adventure?

For adventure athletes – it’s scaling the world’s highest mountains, polar expeditions, ski tours, riding bikes in excess of 60 mph.

For the rest of us, it may be a slightly less extreme version of adventure, but it’s adventure still the same. We hike  & climb, we ride, we ski. We travel to new places. We experience new cultures, new foods – new adventures.
